Speed yoga!
3 times a day. Stop what you’re doing. Recognize where you have pain and stress. Take a deep breath. Get out of your chair. Start doing yoga to address those body parts for 3 min. only. This way you dont have to skip yoga for days on end because of tight deadlines or too packed a schedule because you don’t have time to make it to a studio. This way, you can prevent burnout and still make all your deadlines. Problem solved! For an added bonus, you can sneak in 3 min. of meditation, 3 times a day as well.
