About the Author

Hello, my name is Sorriso. Thank you for visiting my site! My passion is personal growth in mind, body, and spirit. I’m obsessed with learning and experimenting with new ways to grow in those areas. I have a wide range of interests which include: yoga, biohacking, fitness, quantum physics, metta physics, nutrition, ancestral living, and eating food as medicine. I also try to learn from the greatest thinkers and thought leaders on the planet. I want to take you on a journey with me to share my latest discoveries. Finally, I want to leave a manual of personal growth for my children. I hope that someday, they can use my experiences as a source of inspiration and motivation for their own journey.

Mission and philosophy

Tri-Oneness is a play on words to remind you to train your mind, body, and spirit in unison. Each side needs to be equally strong to make an indestructible triangle. They push on each other equally for support. When there is an imbalance, you are not really whole. Most people don’t work on all three and only work on one or two aspects of this equation. For example, you find a lot of people working on bettering their minds and their bodies, but they neglect their spiritual side. They read a lot of books and stay fit by going to the gym. However, they neglect things that are good for their spirit like yoga and meditation or even listening to their favorite music. Furthermore, to work on your spirit is not only these aspects. Things that make you come alive and inspire you are also important like pursuing your passions and purpose. Alternatively, someone can be very spiritual and a learned scholar but yet neglect their body. There are brahmarcharies in India who fast and meditate for months in caves to attain enlightenment. Their bodies become weak and feeble in the process. So when they are done and go out in the world, they are vulnerable. For example, if they run into a tiger, they are too weak to fend off the creature or to run away. All three aspects must be honed in unison daily. They depend on each other for support. They are all interconnected. You cannot have an indomitable mind without an indomitable body and spirit. In addition, all three sides must be equal or there will be an imbalance and you will start to slowly implode from within. So when life gets hard life gets tough, if you do not have this wholeness, you will start to crumble. For example, you find out your wife has cheated on you or your mother dies or you have a series of unfortunate events that catapult you into a world of pain. Eventually, you will break and go into depression or other worst options to cope. This may include escaping from reality with drugs and alcohol or other vices like addiction to porn or even Netflix and video games. Anything to escape the emptiness or loneliness. Anything to numb the pain of the emptiness you feel inside. The longer you stay in this state, the more your higher purpose slips away. I know this from experience. I was there multiple times. Every time I have fallen from grace, I had to slowly rebuild these aspects of my life equally until I was indestructible yet again. Finally, there is one more invisible aspect of wholeness. It is the ether within the sacred triangle which is represented by your emotions. Master your emotions and you will master your world. Your emotions are very powerful and can dictate your life. They can alter your reality, they can physically manifest into disease or manifest abundance depending on how you use them or how they use you. If you are a slave to your emotions, life happens to you, and the universe is against you. If you master them, life happens for you and the universe will conspire to make your wildest dreams come true. So through my experiences, I have discovered my truth. My purpose is to inspire you with the many lessons I have learned over the years in the fields as diverse as quantum physics, yoga, human optimization, triohacking™, ancestral wisdom, etc. So I can tease out the very best ways to be truly whole by training all these three factors. When you have this true wholeness, the world can crumble at your feet, but you will be left standing tall like a mountain. You will be shining like a light from a million stars. You will become a beacon in the darkness for others to follow. Tri-Oneness Today!

Meaning of the logo Representing the 4 elements:

earth-green
water-blue
fire-red
wind-yellow

The three leaves are a triquestra. A Gaelic symbol representing the holy trinity of the father, son and holy spirit. Also in Shinto Buddhism, it represents all of creation. It is also part of another sacred geometry called the flower of life. The heart that encompasses the triquestra represents love for oneself. For when you are truly whole…that is real love. When you truly love yourself to work on achieving your highest self, you are able to spread that to others and eventually the world. Love for oneself = love for others = love for the universe. It’s all one and the same.
