WHAT IS KAATSU B.F.R TRAINING?

Kaatsu Blood Flow Restriction training was invented by Dr. Yoshiaki Sato in 1966. The Kaatsu equipment applies variable safe amounts of pressure to limbs to reduce the blood return flow in the veins.

This lets blood to pool in your limbs longer than normal and engorges them with the blood that leads to a cascade of safe and natural physiological reactions in the body.

Not to mistaken for a tourniquet that restricts all blood from flowing in and out of the limbs and is extremely dangerous.

The modality of this system utilizes only light weights or no weights at all. Therefore, it has no impact on joints and does not exert huge physical stress on the body to get similar results of using much heavier weights.

Plus you can dial down or up the pressure to adjust to your fitness level. Therefore it’s amazing for seniors, rehabbing injuries at record speeds, people with disabilities, and people who are just starting a fitness routine.

It’s also great for active people and athletes who want to take their game to the next level. Kaatsu B.F.R training has taken the world by storm lately.

article at a glance

1. Body Excretes Massive Amounts of Growth Hormones

The variable pressure on the limbs tricks the body into thinking it’s lifting a lot heavier than it actually is.
This is done by a lactic acid build up in the body causing the pituitary gland to secret massive amounts of growth hormones.

2. Increases Cardiovascular Health

Kaatsu safely reduces the venous flow which causes blood to pool in the limbs longer.

This effect expands and lengthens capillaries to help improve circulation and vascular elasticity.

It stimulates VEGF in the body(vascular endothelial growth factor.)

Nitric oxide is also produced. This allows blood vessels to expand and contract which regulates the inflammatory cells in the blood vessel walls.

You also get a wonderful sense of euphoria and clarity afterward because your body also releases endorphins.

Video Demo Of me Training Kaatsu

*** Warning extremely dangerous to use both arm and leg bands at the same time. I have been training for almost a year with these bands so I slowly built up to training with both sets of bands. Only use the armbands or leg bands separately as per the user manual instructions. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TRAIN WITH ALL 4 BANDS AT ONCE IF YOU ARE JUST STARTING OUT. YOU CAN FAINT FROM THE PRESSURE. ***
